 Marc Rubin is the co-founder and co-Agency Owner of Rubin Financial Group, partnering in business and life with his wife, Suzanne. He also serves as Agency Owner and Senior Counsel at the Law Office of Marc S. Rubin, P.C.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Marc earned both his MBA and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from Arizona State University, completing his law studies from 1998 to 2002. Prior to his current roles, Marc was an award-winning homebuilder who successfully sold his custom home building company to a Canadian corporation. He also served as National Director of Accounts for a subprime lending company.

Marc helps families protect what matters most and empowers motivated professionals nationwide to build thriving insurance businesses.


 Marc's  journey as an 18-time Ironman finisher, including qualifying for both the Ironman World Championship and Ironman 70.3 World Championship, has instilled a relentless discipline and grit that he brings to his professional life. Never giving up on his dream of breaking 10 hours—a goal achieved at Ironman New Zealand—Marc applies that same dedication to training and developing the skills of those he mentors. He is committed to your success and will never give up on you.

Beyond business and law, Marc is passionate about bacon, endurance sports, college football, basketball, and baseball and making a community impact. He co-founded the Tri-Scottsdale Foundation, one of the nation’s largest and most successful triathlon nonprofits. He also founded the 10-Hours Foundation, focused on health and wellness for young adults. Marc serves as a brand ambassador for SMASHFEST QUEEN Apparel and TEAM HPB, a triathlon team founded by Ultraman World Champion Hillary Biscay, a woman he greatly admires.


Born in Wichita, Kansas, Suzanne is a Baylor nursing graduate and devoted mom of three boys. She practiced nursing in several cities, specializing in neonatal care and mother/baby support. After raising her boys, Suzanne earned her life insurance license and co-founded Rubin Financial Group alongside her husband, Marc. She now focuses on training new agents, guiding them through appointments, CRM management, and sales skills.

Suzanne’s favorite comfort food is pepperoni pizza with ranch and a cold Dr. Pepper. Beyond her professional life, she’s a skilled golfer and pistol shooter, and a baking enthusiast who once ruled the cake pop craze. Her chicken divan is legendary, and her Boston cream pie is famously delicious. Suzanne enjoys puzzles, playing gin, and is a dedicated Survivor fan. She’s also a big fan of affordable Chardonnay and has unlocked the mysteries of the Neiman Marcus Bar.

Above all, Suzanne is the absolute most caring and loving person you’ll ever meet—everyone she encounters becomes a friend instantly. She’s a wonderful daughter and devoted dog mom, endlessly patient and kind, especially with Marc.

Since 1997, we have proudly called Scottsdale, Arizona, our home—a vibrant and inspiring Southwestern desert town known for its breathtaking landscapes, warm sunshine, and welcoming community. This amazing place, with its rugged mountains, stunning sunsets, and wide-open skies, has been the perfect backdrop for our family’s journey.

We’ve been truly blessed to raise our three boys here. Though they have now embarked on careers serving our country in the Army, Navy, and Marines, they always remind Suzanne and me that Scottsdale will forever be home. Our family is completed by our beloved Portuguese Water Dogs—our two spirited “girls” who bring us joy every day.

Meet Nick and Cindi Theodore.  Nick is CEO of Theodore Group and a Managing Partner at Integrity Marketing Group. His wife and lifelong partner, Cindi Theodore, is COO of Theodore Group and also a Managing Partner at Integrity. Since entering the insurance industry in 2009, they’ve developed and mentored over 20 Regional Managers and 50 Sales Managers, fueling Theodore Group’s growth.

Before insurance, Nick and Cindi owned a hardwood flooring business and invested in real estate. Inspired by the industry’s potential, they quickly built a business focused on rapid growth and leadership. Nick is known for his unwavering focus on facts over feelings, firmly believing that if you don’t know your business metrics, you will fail. In addition to being the “abacus man” who knows all the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), he is also a devoted Cleveland Indians fan, with deep knowledge of the team’s history.

He is a master of metaphor, a proud owner of multiple Porsche cars, and frequently travels to Georgia for the Porsche Driving Experience.

Nick leads hiring and training, while Cindi manages administration with enthusiasm. They live in Cape Coral, Florida, with additional homes in Ohio and Michigan, sharing life and working alongside their daughter Samantha and son Nicholas, who are actively involved in the family business. They also share their home with a lively “mini zoo” of pets.

Outside work, Nick enjoys cooking, traveling, racing cars, and driving his Porsches. Together, Nick and Cindi’s passion and leadership make them pillars of their community and industry.

Meet Jon, a proud Penn State graduate and seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in residential housing, lending, and even the office furniture business. A passionate fan of all things Philadelphia—including the Phillies and his beloved Philadelphia Eagles—Jon is a legit die-hard Eagles supporter with a genuine dislike for the hated Dallas Cowboys. He’s a true lover of a proper sandwich and a meal with presentation, famously lining up his fruit with precision. Jon is the ultimate authority on all things Philly, including the most excellent Philly cheesesteak.

Jon always puts his family first — a wonderful husband to Danielle and a proud father of two thriving children. Outside of work, he’s an avid skier and a good, though somewhat laterally challenged, tennis player.

Professionally, Jon serves as an Equis Vice President and Agency Owner, known for his integrity, high standards, and dedication to mentoring agents and growing teams. As owner of the Schwartz Agency, he has made a significant impact by training leaders and driving both personal and professional growth. Recently recognized for exemplifying the core value of Relationships, Jon leads with heart and excellence, reporting directly to Theodore Agency Founder and Integrity Partner Nick Theodore.

Meet Adam, an Owner and Principal Agent based in Las Vegas but serving clients nationwide. With over three years in the insurance industry, Adam is an elite producer and rising leader, soon stepping into a Sales Manager role.

Adam’s people-first approach sets him apart — he listens deeply to uncover clients’ real needs and delivers tailored solutions that truly protect families. Clients immediately sense his genuine energy and empathy, building trust from the first conversation. Beyond his client work, Adam is passionate about mentoring teammates and sharing his knowledge to help others succeed.

Outside work, Adam is a dynamic and caring friend, a proud dad to four cats (including one adopted poolside), a devoted Taylor Swift fan, and espresso martini enthusiast. Married to his wife Amelia, he’s also the reigning Korean BBQ champ in their circle and an avid traveler with favorites like the Maldives—and Jamaica next on his list.

Adam’s insurance journey began after running a successful Amazon store, driven by a desire to make a real impact. He values hard work, integrity, and protecting families, and that commitment shapes how he serves every client. As he steps into leadership, Adam is focused on refining his skills to elevate his team’s success.

Meet Kizzy, born in Buffalo and a soon-to-be Sales Manager respectfully known as the GOAT — the Greatest of All Time. A dynamic Insurance Broker from Tennessee, Kizzy is celebrated for her heart, hustle, and purpose. She is a proud mother and grandmother to Princeton—the cutest little one of all time. As a former hairstylist and published author, she has made a major impact in her first year, originating over $25K in a single month. Specializing in Mortgage Protection while rapidly expanding her expertise in Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance, Kizzy is a trusted coach and a beacon of positivity. Living by the motto “Growing and Glowing Always,” she is driven by faith and a deep passion for legacy building. An epicurean foodie at heart, Kizzy enjoys some incredibly strange foods and, notably, doesn’t even eat bacon. Meet Brandon, a top-producing agent and agency builder with nearly a year on the team. As Founder of The Valor Group and a proud U.S. Army veteran, Brandon brings discipline, integrity, and a mission-first mindset to life insurance and retirement planning—specializing in Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and annuities. Soon to be Sales Manager with a great team of well-trained agents, he is a proven leader and specialist in all things annuity and wealth-building strategies used for solid retirement funding.

For the last several years, Brandon has lived a truly nomadic life, traveling across the country with his partner, a traveling nurse. Together, they reside in a custom camper that Brandon frequently maintains and remodels himself, complete with flags and their awesome dog, who listens… sometimes. A solid friend who loves a good beer, his passion and purpose make him a valuable member of the team.

Serving clients across Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and North Carolina, Brandon has earned the trust of hundreds of highly satisfied clients and protected many hundreds of businesses with tailored financial strategies. With a proven track record of driving accountability and growth, he is committed to securing families’ futures and guiding veterans. We’re proud to have Brandon’s passion and purpose as a vital part of our team.

Meet Myta, our new Field Underwriter based in Texas. With 1.5 years in insurance, she specializes in retirement solutions and is passionate about helping families protect and grow what they’ve worked hard for. Coming from the mortgage industry, Myta was inspired to deepen her impact by guiding clients toward financial stability and peace of mind.

Currently focused on strengthening her team-building skills, Myta advises newcomers to embrace the struggles because the rewards far outweigh them.

Outside of work, she’s an avid hunter, fisher, and proud “racecar mom,” cheering on her kids at dirt and asphalt tracks on weekends.

She lives by the motto:
“The financial goal that wealthy-minded persons pursue is FREEDOM, not riches.”

Meet Ming, a rising Field Underwriter based in Las Vegas with just a few months in the life insurance industry. Though new, Ming has already helped protect many families. He prides himself on being resourceful and empathetic, finding fulfillment in supporting those in need.

Ming is currently sharpening his communication skills and building confidence. His advice to newcomers: “Don’t give up! Dialing can be tough some days, but staying positive and remembering you’re one call closer keeps you going.”

Outside of work, Ming enjoys teaching fellow aviation enthusiasts to fly and taking friends on flights. Inspired by his mentors, he’s driven to provide clients with the guidance they deserve.

His favorite motto:
“If it scares you, it might be a good thing to try!”

Meet Leanne, our newest National Producer and Field Underwriter. Based in California with regular work stints in Las Vegas, Leanne transitioned to insurance in September 2023 after more than a decade in mortgages. Her firsthand experience with families facing unexpected challenges inspired her to focus on protecting wealth and legacies. She’s now an expert in Final Expense and is rapidly expanding into Retirement Solutions.

An early riser who starts her day before sunrise, Leanne lives by the mantra, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” She balances her underwriting work with daily gym sessions, staying sharp for the families she serves. Known for her upbeat energy, can-do attitude, and love of animals, Leanne brings a memorable spirit to every interaction.

Her advice to newcomers: “Stay driven—keep your foot on the gas and never give up. The hard times will become your greatest growth.”

We’re thrilled to have Leanne on the team and look forward to the positive impact she’ll make helping families secure peace of mind for generations.

Meet C.J., our Life Insurance Broker based in Kansas City, Missouri. With 10 months in the industry, C.J. specializes in Mortgage Protection and is passionate about helping families stay in their homes for life. He’s currently sharpening his underwriting and carrier placement skills to better serve his clients.

 C.J.s advice for newcomers is simple and real: “It’s gonna suck sometimes, but just keep going. Being there with your family mornings and evenings is so rewarding.” Known for building family-level trust with clients,  C.J. assures them he’s always just a phone call away.

An avid fisherman,  C.J. spends every chance he gets on the water. He is also a passionate dog lover with three dogs—recently rescuing one—and one of them is the coolest dog ever, Maggie. When not working or fishing, C.J.loves to cook, creating exceptional meals. Additionally, he dedicates time as a high school wrestling coach, mentoring young athletes with discipline and heart.

His favorite motto:
“It’s not the critic that counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.”

 C.J. is also a lover of food — the more, the better!

Meet Rhoda, a top-performing Field Underwriter specializing in Retirement Income Solutions. With nearly three years in the industry, she blends technical expertise and genuine empathy to help families protect their futures. Driven by her desire to be present for her sons, Rhoda transitioned from caregiving to insurance with ease.

Her approach combines integrity, clear communication, and disciplined work habits. Her advice to new agents:
“Trust that you are the expert in the room. Equis provides the support you need—like Marc, who’s there every step of the way.”

Meet Caitlin from Minnesota, a rising star in mortgage protection insurance. Though new to the industry, her commitment to helping families during tough times runs deep. As a former Army Public Affairs Journalist, her ever-evolving communication skills allow her to tailor insurance plans to each client’s unique needs.

Beyond insurance, Caitlin is a published fantasy author and proud cat mom. When not writing stories like The Glowing Grove or gaming (sometimes hiding behind a blanket during horror games), she’s dedicating time to Dungeons and Dragons.

She brings that same creativity and focus to securing every client’s future.

Meet Amelia an insurance producer and agency owner with two years under her belt and a knack for making clients feel right at home. Quiet but kind, she’s got a way of connecting that turns the insurance process from confusing to comfortable.

Before diving into insurance, Amelia rocked the bartending world—where she sharpened her social skills and learned how to read a room. Now, her real passion is helping families when it matters most, especially during those tough emergency moments.

She was inspired by her husband and business partner, Adam, and comes from a family of insurance pros, so she’s got grit and smarts running in her veins. Always working to get better, Amelia knows a winning attitude is everything when it comes to success.

When she’s off the clock, Amelia’s busy momming four cats, dreaming of owning a top-notch espresso machine to make barista-level lattes at home, and capturing moments through her camera lens—a hobby she’s loved since she was 13. Throw in a love for EDM shows and lake days, and you’ve got her perfect downtime.

Meet Omar, a dedicated insurance professional based in Indiana who focuses on building long-term relationships with clients, mentors, and co-workers. A former Marine and proud husband and father, he comes from a long line of brave, honorable men who have served our country. Omar’s compassionate and quiet demeanor is balanced by a great laugh and an energetic, entertaining personality.

He enjoys analyzing clients’ needs to craft tailored solutions that provide real value, protection, and peace of mind. Omar understands that insurance is more than a product—it’s a critical safety net when life events occur. His motivation is deeply personal, shaped by experiences on both sides of the fence: from family members facing major life events without coverage, to parents who were well-prepared to ease the grieving process. Every day, he is driven by a mission to advise, educate, and protect others from the unknown.

Outside of work, Omar teaches Bible study and enjoys riding horses. He’s also a lover of spicy food and good whiskey—no one puts down a tomahawk rib eye quite like him.

Meet Verda known as Ginger to colleagues and clients.  Ginger is a dedicated and sophisticated insurance professional based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, with seven months of focused experience in mortgage protection and retirement solutions. 

A University of Florida Gators journalism graduate, she brings a unique edge to her work through high-impact writing and marketing communications skills that enhance client interaction. Ginger believes in working smarter, not harder, leveraging a reliable business model that allows her to earn in direct proportion to her discipline and effort. 

Her expertise spans high-value overfunded Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance products, annuities, and recruitment, alongside a growing commitment to expanding her professional licenses to better serve clients. Grounded in a strong sense of responsibility and care, Ginger and her team act as critical first responders for living benefits and legacy planning, ensuring families survive and thrive after loss. 

Her background in journalism and IT consulting further sharpens her analytical and advisory strengths, enabling her to design personalized, long-term financial strategies tailored to diverse client goals. 

Motivated by the American dream of being her own boss and living life on her own terms, Ginger takes pride in helping clients protect their futures and build lasting legacies—doing so with kindness, consistency, and sophistication. Fully licensed and certified throughout the U.S. in comprehensive financial planning, she combines independent financial advice, personalized strategy development, and a passion for driving improved outcomes and security for her customers.

Meet Chayenne,  a licensed insurance broker with a proven commitment to service, integrity, and client-focused care. Licensed in South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington, she is authorized to provide a wide range of insurance solutions including Life, Health, Annuities, Retirement Planning, Long-Term Care, Property, Casualty, and Marine Insurance.

Based in Aiken, South Carolina, Cheyenne brings a unique and multifaceted background to the insurance industry. Prior to entering the field in 2023, she dedicated over a decade to public safety and education—serving as a full-time patrol deputy with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department, a firefighter, emergency medic, and a curriculum developer for the South Carolina State Fire Academy. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management with a concentration in Cybersecurity.

Cheyenne’s career transition into insurance was shaped by both professional experiences and personal insight. After responding to a call involving the sudden loss of a husband of 65 years—and witnessing the widow's distress and unpreparedness—she recognized the critical importance of financial planning and protection. That moment, coupled with her own family’s challenges navigating long-term care, inspired her to help others avoid similar hardship through education and proactive planning.

Known for her calm demeanor, Southern charm, and unwavering commitment to doing what’s right, Cheyenne has earned a reputation as a true servant leader. Her core strength lies in building trust with clients, listening intently, and providing tailored solutions that offer peace of mind and long-term value.

Cheyenne continues to invest in her personal and professional growth, with a focus on enhancing time management, consistency, and self-discipline. Her approach is rooted in authenticity and care—qualities that define both her character and her career.

Her advice to those entering the industry is simple but powerful: “Eliminate Plan B. Go all in, work relentlessly, and trust the process.”

Meet Josh, an energetic and driven Finance Protection Expert based in Iowa, passionate about helping families safeguard their futures through mortgage protection. With almost a year in the insurance industry, Josh approaches every challenge with curiosity, resilience, and an optimistic spirit. As a proactive and confident self-starter, he’s constantly developing his mentorship and leadership skills to better serve his clients and team.
