Rubin Financial Group is led by Marc Rubin, whose experience as a business owner, attorney, and financial professional shapes the firm’s disciplined, client-first approach.
Marc’s role is not merely administrative — he actively leads, mentors, and sets the standard for how the organization serves both clients and partners. His focus is on building systems that work, developing people the right way, and maintaining integrity at every level of the business.
Marc Rubin is the co-founder and co–Agency Owner of Rubin Financial Group, partnering in both business and life with his wife, Suzanne Rubin. He also serves as Agency Owner and Senior Counsel at the Law Office of Marc S. Rubin, P.C., bringing a legal perspective that reinforces diligence, compliance, and client advocacy.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Marc earned both his MBA and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Arizona State University. Prior to his current roles, he was an award-winning custom homebuilder who successfully sold his company to a Canadian corporation and later served as National Director of Accounts for a subprime lending firm.
Today, Marc’s mission is twofold: to help families protect what matters most — and to empower motivated professionals across the country to build strong, ethical, and sustainable insurance businesses.
